1 Who determines HOW we learn at 21.

The Learner

manages their personal learning paths and Depth Levels, and chooses, proposes, votes within their group, contributes to: • Their 21.Group formation and organizational changes; • Group decision-making regarding Methods, Forms, L-Pie projects, etc., related to how they share learning and interact within the group and with their group Helpers; • The sample 21.lists of "HOW to learn"; • The betterment of 21. by submitting the Signal, Idea, or Proposal (SIP) e-form. . • Chooses: - Their YKY-group; - Their deepening degree /level for each chosen Life's Vocation / Programme; • Has a vote (voice) in their group's decision making; • Can propose to the YKY-team: - ​Inclusion and changes of forms, methods, deepening degrees /l evels of learning, etc.; - ​Organisational changes regarding their YKY-group; - ​Outsider Expert-Yk(s) and an Assistant (Asst.) for their group, which means YKY-team newcomers; • Can submit a SIP (Signal, Idea, or Proposal via a eForm) for YKY betterment; • Can apply for the positions of Asst. and Volunteer in YKY-Bistra ...

The Expert

proposes, contributes to, and participates in decision-making within both their 21.Group and 21.Team related to: • Sample "HOW We Learn" lists of Methods, Forms, etc. (choices and subsequent changes); • Learners' project work and motivation; • Their own teaming with the Assistant as Direct Helpers in the particular Life Pursuits of their competence; • Their fees in the Expert role. ...

​The 21.Group

manages, decides on, and participates in 21.decision-making related to: • Its own organization and activities, e.g., internal rules, new members, and regrouping…; • HOW the group members share learning and interact with each other, as well as with their group Helpers; • Their Direct Helpers' selection and employment, i.e., the Assistant (Asst.), Experts, etc.; • 21.sample lists of "HOW we learn" (Forms, Methods, Depth Levels…). votes and decides on: ​ • Internal use of forms, methods, deepening degrees / levels, and creative project types, no matter YKY-listed or not; ​ • Its organisation and activity: ​ - Group characteristics; - Internal rules; ​ - ​Regrouping and new members; ​ - ​Ongoing activities; • Inviting an Expert-Yk: whether or not, and whom; ​ • Selecting a group Assistant (Asst.) among the ones of YKY-team or externa …

21.Team

orchestrates, proposes, suggests, coordinates and participates in: • The overall "HOW to Learn" framework; • Systematized sample 21.lists of Methods, Forms, etc.; • Core 21.standards allowing the migration of Learners between Groups and Formats, e.g., Criteria for Peer Feedback on L-blogs; • 21.Group decision-making—through the vote of the group Assistants. ...

L-Pie projects consist of five layers: Learning (L), L-Documenting, L-Blogging, Internal L-Mirror, and Interactions.

Depth Levels and Tiers: The decisions on them are made weekly for each chosen Life Pursuit or topic; however, it all remains entirely informal. Detailed descriptions can be found on the Depth Levels page.
