
7R Weekly Rhythm
A 21.Week can be alternative - it begins on any day of the calendar week chosen by the 21.Group. So Day 1y (Oneday) may fall on a calendar Monday, Tuesday, ... or Sunday.
The 7R Weekly Rhythm encompasses all five ProjectL-Pie Project layers: Learning (L), L-Recording, L-Blog, Internal L-Reflection (L-Mirror), and Interactions.
The rhythm is structured similarly for the three main types of ProjectsL-Pie Project: Single Standard (LPS), Single-Draft-based (LPD), and Compiled (CompLP). The distinctions are are just a few.
Week of a 21.Group
1y- ONEDAY
The start of Day 1y (Oneday), respectively of the project work, is dedicated to individual planning and coordination within the group. Day 1y is the first day for Learning and L-Recording. The main differences between the LP-project types are as follows: 1) In a Draft-Based Project: from Days 1y to 3y, you learn and record to prepare the draft of your L-Blog post. 2) In a Compilation Project: Work is done in four installments (one per day) for each of the 4 or 4+1 included Life Pursuits / topics. 3) L-Recording for a Compilation Project: This includes daily memos for the Internal L-Reflection (L-Mirror), which are gathered and edited at the end of the week. .
3y - THREEDAY
Day 3y features three specific time blocks 1) UNTIL 1:00 PM: Learning and L-Recording. 2) AFTERNOON: • Eventually, Peer Feedback in a Duo or Microgroup self-organised by the learners. • Draft-Based Project: Microgroup for PFEF (Peer Feedback via eForm) focused on the L-Blog drafts). 3) EVENING: Webinar / e-Workshop on Learning, L-Recording, and the L-Blog process. Note regarding the Draft-Based Project: Everything mentioned above applies specifically to the completed L-Blog drafts. .
5y - FIVEDAY
Day 5y consists of four time blocks: UNTIL 10:00 AM: • Completion and publishing of L-Blog posts (for all three types of projects). UNTIL 1:00 PM: Feedback period: • Standard projects: Microgroups for PFEF • Draft-Based projects: Eventually, self-organised Duo/Trio-Feedback or PFEF on the drafts. AFTERNOON: • Feedback via comments and reactions directly under the 21.Blogposts of the learners (by peers and anybody interested). EVENING: • Group presentations • Survey on the past and upcoming 21 weeks. .
2y - TWODAY
2y - TWODAY Day 2y for Learning and L-recording keeps the distinctions of the project ypess mentioned for Day 1y: - Work on the Ddraft for the Draft-based L-Pie Project (LPD); - For the Compilation Project: work on the second installments of the 4 / 4+1 Life Pursuits or topics being learnt. .
4y - FOURDAY
Day 4 is divided into two sessions: 1) UNTIL THE AFTERNOON: Finalizing aboth Learning and L-Recording—the differences between the project types listed above have already been noted; 2) UNTIL THE EVENING: Completed drafts for the Internal L-Reflections (L-Mirrors)—for all three project types. .
6y and 7y (SIXDAY & SEVENDAY)
Days 6 and 7 If desired, and on an individual or group initiative: part of the project work from Days 1y–5ycan be moved to Days y6 and/or 7y— for example, Froup pPesentations or planning and coordination. Alternatively, the two days off (Days 6y and 7y) could be inserted after Day 3ky, and used for do work on the projects by those who wish …
