YKY is a framework of a Mission and Principles(Values), within which the learner governs themselves. They decide What, How, With whom, and From whom to learn - for themselves and for their YKY-group, through their voice (vote) in group decision-making. With ingredients chosen by them out of the example YKY lists of Life's Vocations, Programmes, Formats, Forms, Methods, etc. (or others), the learner and their group assemble unique, tailored learning experiences. Experts-Yks and group Assistants can be their consultants and advisors, upon request.
