1 Who determines WHAT we learn at 21.

The Learner

self-determines, chooses, proposes, and votes on: • Their Format 21, Life Pursuit or topic, Program 21; • Topics for their weekly projects; • Their sources of information; • The iInclusion of new Life Pursuits and Programs 21.; • Regrouping and other organisational changes; • Group decision making (with one vote). .

The Expert

Shares, prepares, suggests, instructs, advises, coaches, gives feedback, and consults on: • Their own Sysprothem (Systematised Program ofTopics); • Sources and learning materials; • Intros (presentations / instructions) to a Sysprothem if agreed with the 21.Group; • First-hand experience sharing based on their own results, products, and models; • Feedback on L-Pie projects; • Consultations upon request. .

The 21.Group

votes and decides on: • The Sysprothem (Systematised Program of Topics) for a Life Pursuit or Program 21.: - Sysprothem: with or without one; - By whom: the Expert, the group, external source…; - Sysprothem topics distribution for individual L-pie projects; - Intros (presentations / instructions) to Sysprothem topics: yes/no and by whom; • Expert involvement: yes/no and who it will be. .

21.Team

envisions suggests, proposes, organises and coordinates, orchestrates, and helps with: • The overall 21.framework, including WHAT and HOW we learn; • Systematised examples, e.g. Life Pursuits, Methods, and MOOCs…. .

2 Choose WHAT you want to learn

Here are the outlines of the eight Formats 21. Specific pages contain the full details. • For experiential ORIENTATIONl in Life Pursuits: ORI or CORI formats (for adults and children respectively). The PROFI format is primarily about orientation and career development in the World of Work. • For a DEEP DIVE into a Life Pursuit, Program 21, or a MOOC (massive open online course): • DEEP, ECOMIND, CAN, or PROFI formats. • For SOCIALISING and hobbies (including learning) as a hobby): 3.A (“Third age”, i.e. 60+ year-olds) or L-CLUB (for highly 21.experienced members only). .
