ОРИ-формат е за Себепознание и избор на  Житейски занятия (ЖЗ) за  Учене Опитване или/и Учене Преживелица с цел Ориентиране и опознаване на Препитания, вкл. такива от  глобалния Свят на труда  и бизнеса


 Ориентирането под ОРИ-формат има три специфики:

  1.  Обхваща Житейските занятия: Занимавки, Науки и Препитания,  като препитания включва пет еко вида и професии/кариери в глобалния Свят на труда;

  2.  Става чрез опитване на практика на множество занятия по собствен избор;

  3.  Винаги е в екологичен контекст, с условие да не се вреди на екосистемите и техните компоненти.   


 Нека погледнем по-отблизо тези специфики .



 1 Житейските занятия: Занимавки, Науки и Препитания 


  21.групирането на житейските занятия като Занимавки, Науки и Препитания е неформално, за вътрешно ползване и за удобство на участниците. Същото важи и за терминологията, която използваме  за тях.

 Списъкът-класификация с Житейски занятия за избор съдържа по-нататъшни разклонения групи на трите гореизброени групи занятия, докато се стигне до единичните. Ползвали сме Уикипедия за класификациите.   


 Класификацията ни на Препитанията, които са еко-специфични., включва:

  • Независими препитания:

    • Себегрижа от еко тип 

(човек сам осигурява голяма част от нужното си за живот);

  •  Себетруд - подобен на Себегрижа, но се касае за предлагане на клиенти/пазара на произведената в повече продукция или на умения за себегрижат като услуги;

  •  Агро или Занаят - разликата им от Себетруд само в мащаба;

  • Независими творци в интелектуален или художествен Себетруд;

  • Седем идеи за специфични съвременни еко-препитания, свързани с екоживота, а някои и с ИТ - предложени от Изкуствен интелект Джемини.


  •  Професии и кариера в Света на труда



2 Опитване на множество занятия


 Ориентирането се осъществява на базата на онлайн Платформите за туризъм/учене-опитване (Experiential Tourism) и за Доброволчество.


 Бистрей 21. обмисля сътрудничества и партньорства със съмишленици-екохора и организации за включване във или създаване на мрежа за Ориентиране-.



3 В еко контекст


 Ориентирането-Опитване е ситуирано, тоест в конкретен контекст, в който винаги има и социален, и природен аспект.   Взаимодействията на ОРИ-учащия са и в двата аспекта.


 В Бистрей 21. имат място само еко занятия, ресурси и начини - безвредни и за екосистемите и компонентите им, и за човека. Нашето мото “Не вреди!” е и в екологичен, и в хуманен смисъл..


 Освен  изборите на Житейски занятия, екологичността касае,и ежедневните, рутинни избори, чрез които всеки влияе екологично. 


 

4 ОРИ услуги по Ориентиране-Ориентиране-Опитване 


 Двете основни ОРИ-услуги са

 

 4.1 Съветване (неформално консултиране)


 То касае индивидуалното ориентиране чрез опитване, както и възползването от  еПлатформите за учене чрез преживяване/опитване.


 4.2 ОРИ-групи за споделяне на рефлексии по  Ориентиране-Опитване


 Всяко практическо Учене-Опитване на Житейско занятие от учащ е последвано от саморефлексии по Ученето и по вътрешното му преживяване, както и от външно отразяване от ОРИ-съгрупниците. Те са част от 5-пластовия У-пай (21.проект). Разработването  в гОРИ-рупата на всяко Учене -Ориентиране (Опитване, Преживелица)  му придава допълнителна яркост и ефективност, и засилва мотивацията на ОРИ-учащия. Резултатът е и взаимно учене. 


 Включването в ОРИ-формат може да стане по някой от следните два начина:

  1.  Присъединяване към ОРИ-група; 

  2.  По 21.програма, свързана с ОРИ-формат.

ORI Format of YKY


Summary

Orientation in ORI format has three specificities:

  1.  It covers life Vocations: Livelihoods, Pastimes and Sciences 

    (Livelihoods includes three eco-types and professions/careers in the global World of Work);

  2.  It happens by trying out multiple vocations of one’s own choice;

  3.  It is always in ecological contexts and under Do Not Harm conditions regarding ecosystems and their components.


Let’s take a look at each of the above-listed.



 1 Orientation in life vocations


YKY grouping of life vocations into livelihoods, pastimes, and sciences is non-formal, intended for internal use, and for the convenience of participants. The same applies to the terminology used on them.


 Choose Vocations to Learn classification list of YKY further branches the three above-listed groups of vocations to single activities. Here, we have heavily relied on Wikipedia.   


 Orientation at YKY is both educational - in sciences and hobbies -, and livelihoods related. Self-awareness option is also there. As YKY-Bistra is person-focused and supportive, as well as ecologically oriented, matching people to the needs of business and economy, even though not excluded, is not among our goals. Orientation with YKY is open-ended; the result depends on the goals and choices of the individuals. 


 Livelihoods include:

  •   Independent Livelihoods:

    •  Self-sustaining, of eco-type 

    (man provides most of their own survival needs);

    • Surplus selling/bartering - similar to Self-sustaining, but involves offering "to the market" surplus production or self-care skills as a service;

    •  Agro or Craft - differs from Surplus selling/bartering only in scale;

  •  Professions and Careers in the World of Work

 We only work on eco-friendly vocations, resources and ways - harmless to ecosystems and wildlife.



2 Trying out multiple vocations 


Orientation at YKY is carried out using the online Platforms for Experiential Tourism and Volunteering.


 We will also welcome collaborations and partnerships with like-minded eco-people and organiяations in this regard, as well as the creation of a network for orientation through experiential tourism and volunteering.


 YKY services within ORI format are:


  1.  Guidance (non-formal counseling) on:

    1.  Individual orientation through trying out vocations;

    2.  ePlatforms for experiential tourism (learning) and Volunteering


  1. YKY-groups for sharing reflection on the experiential orientation

 Each practical trial out of a vocation by a participant (Ori) is followed by reflecting on the experience, analysing what happened, and connecting it to existing competence and future applications. The ORI-group is the social environment at YKY, where these reflections are shared and stimulated. These shared reflections, the group work on the trials out, gives them additional intensity and effectiveness, boosts motivation, and is also a kind of learning from each other.


The main method for reflection on experiential orientation is the project one: with weekly, individual creative projects. The creative aspect comes from project presentations to the group and blogging, 


Weekly project activities in an ORI-group are:

  •  Intra-group webinar on project drafts;

  •  Presentations of projects in the group;

  •  Blogging of projects - on personal blogs with links on the website of either ORI-format or the group;

  •  Peer feedback in each of the individual stages of project work:

    •  Through eForms;

    •  Through reactions and comments under the blogged projects and slide presentations;

    •  In the discussions at the two group events (webinar and Presentations) and in free conversations.


 In terms of organisation and functioning, the ORI-group is similar to the CAN=group described as point 3 on the CAN-format page.



3 In eco-context - Eco-orientation


 Experiential orientation is situated, that is, in a specific context, in which there is always both a social and a natural aspect. The general ecological principle of YKY is No harm to the environment. This applies to vocational choices, but also to daily, routine ones, Thus everyone can exercise a positive ecological influence.



 Involvement in ORI format can be as follows:

  1. By joining an ORI group;

  2. Through enrollment on a YKY-programme under this format.
